Global Substation Consultants was founded by Guillermo Quintero, Sixto Calderon and Darinel Barrios, three seasoned electromechanical engineers with extensive experience in substation projects across the United States and Panama. Our mission is to bridge the gap between technical requirements and procurement realities.
